🌿 6 Ways You Can Use Your Raven For Respiratory Support
Email Template - Stationary

Hello FIRST NAME,

It's been a few days, and I'm betting you have become more and more “hooked” on oils, just like me! Now you are starting to see what the “essential oil craze” is all about, aren't you?

It's time to check out the Raven™ Essential Oil Blend, your “winter-time helper” oil blend.

Raven is one of the top oils you will want to have on hand for winter wellness support (right next to your Thieves). It is known as the “respiratory system support” oil blend. You may find you want to keep this handy during the winter months and keep an extra bottle so you don't run out.

FDA Says no...

As is sometimes the case, there is just so much that I want to say about this blend, but the FDA says I can't. You could certainly do a Google or DuckDuckGo Images search for "Young Living Raven Blend" and see how some people are using it. Just be careful not to share any images that contain disease claims.

Wintertime Support!

Another Google or DuckDuckGo image search of the individual essential oils in this blend opens the door to understanding why this blend is referred to as the “respiratory support” blend.

For example, the essential oil ravintsara is camphor and is in this blend. Camphor is fantastic for supporting your immune system.

Opens Up Your Respiratory System

Because this blend supports, soothes, and opens up your respiratory system, you might be surprised how well it works for particular respiratory challenges.

Some folks have respiratory challenges from childhood and still need to use an inhaler. Try adding Raven essential oil blend to your routine and see how well it works to support you in between those times.

Do this first...

Open up your bottle of Raven and take a whiff. Ahhh, I love the smell of this one!

Go ahead and put one drop in your palm, rub your palms together, then cup your hands over your mouth and nose, and breathe it in.

Start slowly, but I bet you'll be happy to continue taking further breaths of this. Now, breathe it in deeply.

Do you feel the effect on your airways? Once you are finished breathing it in, you can rub your hands on your chest, neck and continue breathing in the goodness. How does this feel?

  • Dilute 50/50 with a carrier oil and rub on your chest and back of the neck before an early-morning workout.
  • Combine with Copaiba in a hot shower along with R.C. or Eucalyptus Radiata. The warm water will calm and soothe you, and the oil will diffuse with the steam for an invigorating inhalation experience.
  • Put 4-8 drops on cotton balls and place them in air vents around your bedroom and bathroom during winter.
  • Diffuse inside a steamy enclosed area (such as under a hot towel over a bowl of hot water) and inhale deeply.
  • Make a hot compress and apply it to the chest, back, and throat area.
  • Apply topically to the chest, back, throat, or sinus areas. Be sure to dilute 50/50 with a carrier oil because it can cause skin sensitivity.

Always keep ALL essential oils out of reach of children who might be too young to understand that these oils are very powerful.  Please treat all essential oils with respect and care as you would with anything else that you are supposed to keep safely away from children.  I would suggest locking them up or keeping them well out of reach until your children or grandchildren are old enough to understand how to use them properly.
