📌 Ways To Get Better Results With Your Oils
Email Template - Stationary

I hope you're having a lot of success with using essential oils this far.

Now and then, I hear that someone does not see the same results as others, or they have an unexpected reaction. Although this is rare to hear, my first thought is that the person's body might be too acidic.

I've also learned that people who have an adverse reaction to essential oils are usually highly acidic. It is also true that highly acidic people are generally quite sick or feeling pretty yucky.

Possible signs your body may be too acidic...

  • You feel fatigued, even when you’ve had enough sleep.
  • You feel depressed or have a hard time enjoying things that you used to.
  • You find yourself irritable for no discernable reason.
  • You feel like you cannot focus or have “brain fog” often.
  • You frequently develop infections, colds, and flu.
  • Your skin is dry, even in the warmer months.
  • You have acne or other skin problems.
  • Your neck often feels stiff or sore.
  • You have sensitive gums and teeth.
  • You have hormonal imbalance issues.
  • You frequently develop yeast infections.
  • You feel like your digestion is sluggish or frequently experience constipation or diarrhea.
  • You find yourself becoming short of breath often.
  • You frequently experience joint pain.
  • You often experience headaches.
  • You experience chronic allergies or sinus pain.
  • You suffer from chronic pain that is not due to an injury or a medical condition.

If you seem to be experiencing multiple symptoms on this list, it’s probably time to check your pH. This is something a health professional can help you with, or you can check it yourself.

You can purchase pH test strips that use your saliva or urine at most pharmacies. If you get a reading lower than 6.5, your body might be too acidic. If your pH reading is significantly lower than 6.5, you might want to consider visiting a health professional you trust.

If the reading is 6.5 or slightly lower, you may be able to remedy it from home by modifying your diet. If you'd like a little guidance with this, please reach out to me. 🙂

In Good Health,

Always keep ALL essential oils out of reach of children who might be too young to understand that these oils are very powerful.  Please treat all essential oils with respect and care as you would with anything else that you are supposed to keep safely away from children.  I would suggest locking them up or keeping them well out of reach until your children or grandchildren are old enough to understand how to use them properly.
