It’s been said that “life is nothing but a series of choices... followed by a series of consequences”.

I have found that to be SO true.

I was only in my mid 30’s and yet I felt extremely old and broken.

I suffered on/off my whole life with mild depression and even though I was living a healthy lifestyle, or so I thought, I was suffering with unspeakable pain in my joints.  The pain was excruciating, especially when trying to hold something as simple as a water bottle or when taking a shirt on and off.  I finally went to the doctor and was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and put on medication.

Shortly thereafter I went to a women’s retreat and by the grace of God I was introduced to a healthier way of living and EVERYTHING changed.  That began my journey to discover more.  More truth.  More knowledge.

To be honest, I had no idea how one choice would TOTALLY TRANSFORM my life for the better.

Now, my life is dramatically different.  I no longer suffer from RA.  In fact, my lab work no longer even shows the markers for RA. 
Plus, I have more energy than I’ve ever had, and my depression no longer holds me back from experiencing all that God has called me to do. Life is good!

And I did it all naturally!

Now, I’m fearless.  I feel better than I did when I was in my 20’s.  Plus, I have a young son who is the epitome of health – no allergies, no asthma, no ADHD, not nothing.  Just pure joy, energy, and vibrant health!    

I have committed my time and energy to support others in being the gatekeepers of their homes and body temples so your family can feel the way we do! Depression and pain or unnecessary health issues should not be allowed to hold anyone back.  Empowered, energized and so grateful to God that I discovered this wellness lifestyle, I am dedicated to helping as many people as I can.
