Today is the last day of the year, Eva is repeating the words in a more than a quiet tone “I CAN DO IT”
- she is trying to put her socks on
I’m thinking - yes - we should all take that stance for the New Year.
Say it. Say the words -I CAN DO IT- think about all you want for the new year - let the words ring in your head - I Can Do it

For some of us - it means getting out of bed to begin your day, others need to start their work day. For so many others - what would you like to accomplish? Make an affirmation - us adults need to believe it , it’s a good idea to write it down - make it real to you - put these words on paper I CAN DO IT because you see YOU CAN DO IT if you believe you can.

Now for me- This past year I became a grandma for the second time. (That is why I’m in Virginia) I must admit a child care provider for two babies (my grandson Ethan 9mos and Eva 22mos) has been quite an experience MOSTLY GREAT but my stamina isn’t that of a child learning daily (actually hourly!) They take the stance I CAN DO IT- climbing stairs, using a fork, drinking from a cup, going potty, etc. I just have to tell myself - if they CAN DO IT - SO CAN I

And lastly, I almost gave up being the oil leader of Everyday Essential Oils, I often tell myself - does anyone really read my oil postings, do they believe as I do how helpful these YL products can support wellness issues, can I really make a difference - I choose to believe - yes they do! I CAN DO IT - so if only one person reads my oil entries, posting, infographics, blog - I’m good

My NEW YEARS resolution is always the same LOVE, JOY, FAITH, HOPE, PEACE and this coming year I added I CAN DO IT!
