How to stay healthy in every season

With flu seasons, allergies and overall stress sometimes throughout different times of the year...it can become overwhelming trying to figure out how to stay healthy.

Below is my routine and tips for maintaining a healthy immune system but also supporting our emotions, as well.

Immune Support

  • Thieves: [find out how this blend came about in the 15th century] is a powerful combination of clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, Eucalyptus radiata, and rosemary essential oils which support the immune system and repels the things that tax it.
    • Essential Oil: Diffuse 2-4 drops in a diffuser or 1 drop in warm water to drink as a tea
    • Thieves Household cleaner: To make DIY sprays, hand soaps, sanitizers and keep home clean or on the go
  • Immupro: It's a supplement which is loaded with ingredients like Ningxia wolfberries, vital trace minerals, unique mushroom powders, and essential oils, ImmuPro delivers powerful antioxidants to the body while you sleep.
  • Multi-Greens: It's a supplement is a chlorophyll supplement that includes the benefits of bee pollen and anti-aging amino acids, as well as kelp, spirulina, choline, and essential oils. It boosts vitality by supporting the glandular, nervous, and circulatory systems. Additionally, it promotes detoxification, normal hormone function, and can even give you a boost in energy.
  • Life 9: These probiotics promote healthy digestion, support gut health, and help maintain normal intestinal function.
  • Ningxia Red: It not only supports healthy energy levels, but also supports normal cognitive function. Additionally it promotes normal cellular function, while protecting the body from free radicals. On top of all that, it assists with healthy aging and is the only Young Living product that claims to promote normal eye health.

Emotional Support

  • Lavender: Enhances relaxation, promotes good sleep, removes odors and encourages a peaceful atmosphere. It's gentle and soothing to minor scrapes, cuts, burns, and bruises. Additionally, lavender softens skin and improves complexion. 
  • Peace + Calming: The comforting, fresh aroma of this blend creates a relaxing, yet uplifting, environment. The citrus oils in the blend also promote mental focus, making it ideal while studying or completing homework. Peace and Calming is so versatile: it can be relaxing for some people, while it is invigorating to others
  • Stress Away: Unwind after a busy day with a dab of Stress Away essential oil on your wrists or neck. Better yet, keep it in your diffuser all day long or wear it as a perfume to combat tension before it even starts. These oils facilitate relaxation of the mind as well as the body. 
  • Frankincense: Contains properties that reduces feelings of anxiety, stimulates the immune system, and diminishes signs of aging, among other demonstrated activities. 

Other Support

  • CBDFrom one of the first hemp farms in the US to hold both: USDA Organic Certification and USDA Organic Handler's Certification [see all details]
    • In general it nourishes the endocannabinoid system and gut. Improves immunity and reduces inflammation.
    • Muscle Rub: if you’re feeling achy or sick this helps cool down a fever and relieve muscle pain
    • Cinnamon Oil: Great for supporting immune system
  • RC or Raven:  if you already have some cough symptoms this is great to diffuse for the lungs or placed as a rub over chest with a carrier oil

 

My Daily Routine to Stay Healthy:

  • OVERALL
    • Reduce sugar intake
    • Increase water intake
    • Reducing stress
    •  
  •  AM
    • 1 glass of water w/ half a lemon squeezed
    • 1 cup of warm water with 1 drop of Thieves tea 
    • Apply 1 drop of Joy over my heart
    • Drink 2oz of Ningxia Red
  • ALL DAY
    • Diffuse Thieves all day when I’m home
    • Apply 1 drop of Peace + Calming behind my ears and inhale when I feel stress level rising
  • PM
    • Diffuse 1 -2 drops of lavender before bed
