What I noticed, was that for the first couple of days, I didn’t like it. I missed my familiar friend. However, after a few more days, I noticed that I was getting more comfortable seeing an empty white board. That surprised me! After a week, I walked by it and I smiled!
It felt so good!
In this new decade that is almost here….
I AM… choosing to experience more relaxation, more rest, and more time to enjoy simple pleasures with my
husband.
I AM… choosing to have greater acceptance with myself
and others.
I AM… choosing to not fill every second of every day with
tasks.
I AM… choosing to enjoy silence, and quiet times.
I AM… choosing to breathe fully and often…
I AM… choosing to take a lot more naps.
I AM… choosing to invest in quality relationships.
I AM… choosing to say NO.
I AM… choosing more LAUGHTER and more FUN!
In writing this… I have a smile on my face. I feel “lighter…” There is peace and joy in my heart.
As 2019 comes to a close, my heart’s desire for you and your loved ones… is that this new year and decade
ushers in a lifestyle of honoring yourself, your time, and your values. Each one of us has the choice and the
freedom of mind to choose how we experience, interpret and ultimately shape our lives and our world.
I believe… this new decade has the potential to be one of the greatest decades for ourselves and for all of
humanity. I believe… in the very best of us as individuals,communities and our world. I believe… I can even hear Louis Armstrong singing…
What a wonderful world it will be!
