I’m a wife and a mom to three vibrant little girls, and this journey began over a decade ago when I became pregnant with our first. That shift into motherhood cracked something open in me — a fierce desire to protect, to nourish, and to be intentional with what we brought into our home and onto our bodies.

My husband and I started small: cleaning up our pantry, swapping out harsh cleaners, being mindful of what touched our baby's skin. It wasn’t about being perfect — it was about being present, informed, and brave enough to say: there’s a better way.

Today, I get to share what we’ve learned with other mommas who are ready to live differently. I believe you deserve products that work with your body, not against it. That your home should bring peace to your body, not harm. And that you are powerful enough to create change — starting right where you are.
