I Found a Sensational Sinus Secret to Share with You!
Living in Michigan most of my life, I have found that winters can be long, grey, and quite honestly.....sickly.
Around 8 years ago, I decided to try to minimize visits to the doctor and pharmacy and lean toward healthier, natural remedies for dealing with "issues" like sinus congestion. Those usually ultimately lead to an infection, then antibiotics. Sound familiar?
I started with using a neti pot with the salt that goes along with it. Can you feel the burn? lol
That truly did help alleviate my congestion!
Then essential oils came into my life.
