It has been so natural for me to find and use essential oils to support my health and well being as I've always been interested in how the body works as well as the nutrition that supports all the processes of the body. I have spent my whole life studying the anatomy and physiology in my work as a manual therapist and complemented that with nutrition of plants, especially the essential part of the plants, the oils that are the concentrated essence.
