DIY Bath Salts Recipe for Soothing Relief
It’s really important to carve out time for yourself. Soaking in a tub isn’t only about pampering yourself, but it’s also really important for your body and mental well-being. I use a mixture of salts for the mineral benefits, and essential oils for their relaxing effects.
For my bath routine, in a 32-ounce glass jar with a lid, mix together:
- 8 oz Celtic sea salt (gray)
- 8 oz Himalayan salt (pink)
- 16 oz unscented Epsom salts
For each bath, I pour in 4-6 ounces of the salt mixture and add 10 drops
