I'm a 70-something silver-haired wife, mother, interfaith minister, massage therapist and essential oil lover. I'm convinced that we can all live a vibrant and full life and truly SHINE at any age with a healthy, toxin-free lifestyle. It's my passion to help everyone--especially my near- or over-60 sisters with silver hair, black, brown, blonde, red, or no hair--to live into the fullest, sassiest life possible, and to help them help the people in their lives to do the same.
