DIY NOSE SWIPE
Travel means it’s time to make this great DIY nose swipe! (Thank you Christa for this great idea).
I love to make a bitty batch in a contact lens case and toss in my carry-on. Simply fill each side of the case with Rose Ointment and add one drop each Young Living oil blend Exodus II and Egyptian Gold.
We swipe in our noses each morning and night and most especially when flying ✈️ to help support better wellness.

LAUNDRY DAY
Laundry day and time to make up another batch of DIY safe bleach alternative! Not only is it safe/nontoxic, but smells great too!
I recycle my empty NingXia Red bottle for this DIY project. Here is what I use in case you missed my previous post: 3 cups of water, 1/2 cup of Hydrogen Peroxide, 2 caps of Young Living Thieves House Hold Cleaner, and 10 drops of Young Living Lemon essential oil.
