QUALITY ASSURANCE FROM NATURE'S ULTRA

Here is why you should care about quality assurance.  Just like we care about the quality of our Young Living oils and products, one should care about anything we put in or on our bodies.  We need to know our source.  How is it grown, where is it grown, are any toxic chemicals used such as pesticides, fertilizers, solvents, are there heavy metals in the product, etc?  Please read the following from Nature's Ultra website explaining their assurance of quality and testing that goes into every CBD product for our safety.

When it comes to your health, quality is everything. At Nature’s Ultra, we believe that all of our customers deserve the very best. That’s why we developed our rigorous quality assurance system.

Today, we’re going to give you an in-depth look at our quality assurance, what we test for, and how we commit to quality in every step of the process!

Nature’s Ultra Quality CBD

The CBD oil industry is booming, and its increasing popularity means there are several companies in the marketplace that are offering low-quality, ineffective, or even dangerous products in an attempt to take advantage of higher demand. That’s why CBD quality control is absolutely essential!

At Nature’s Ultra, we pride ourselves on creating potent, pure, effective, and safe CBD products. We test during every single step of the process to ensure that our products are as high-quality as possible. And because we’re confident that our products are the best-quality CBD oils in the market, we’re completely transparent about our farming practices and quality assurance.

What Nature’s Ultra Tests For

We want you to feel 100% confident in our products, so all of our CBD oils have a QR code on the label that, when scanned, will link you directly to the lab results for the specific batch of your product! That means you can rest easy knowing exactly what your product does—and doesn’t—contain. Here’s what we test for!

Purity and Potency

It probably won’t surprise you that the benefits of using CBD oils are dependent on how potent and pure the products are. At Nature’s Ultra, we combine our high-quality CBD oil with Young Living essential oils to create a smart-spectrum CBD. Throughout the process, all of our products undergo rigorous testing for purity and potency to ensure that they are safe and effective for you to use.

CBD and THC Content

One of the most important things to consider when you’re using CBD products is how much CBD and THC they actually contain. According to the Food and Drug Administration, they have “tested the chemical content of cannabinoid compounds in some [CBD] products, and many were found to not contain the levels of CBD they claimed to contain.” At Nature’s Ultra, we test to ensure that the levels of CBD in our products are accurate in regards to our labeling so you’re able to enjoy its full benefits.

You may be wondering why Nature’s Ultra’s CBD is only 99% pure then. Truth be told, the purification process is extremely difficult and getting anything to 100% purity is hard without the use of chemicals. As for that remaining 1%—a collection of inert plant fiber.

We also test for THC content. THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive compound of the cannabis plant that causes euphoric effects. It’s illegal in most states, so it’s important to ensure that your CBD products don’t contain any THC. At Nature’s Ultra, we test extensively to ensure that all of our products contain 0% THC. Click here to see the lab results showing that our products do not contain any THC!

Pesticides

We don’t use any pesticides when we grow our hemp on our farm in Colorado, but we’re so committed to quality and purity that we do further testing to ensure our products are completely free of pesticides. You can check out our lab report here, which shows that our products are free from any pesticides!

Heavy Metals

Heavy metals are unfortunately common contaminants in many CBD products. That’s definitely not something you want ending up in your body! At Nature’s Ultra, our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure that there is no CBD contamination of heavy metals. Read through our lab report here to see that our products are free from any heavy metals!

Solvents

Many companies use harsh chemicals to extract their CBD from the hemp plant, and those solvents can remain in the final CBD product. At Nature’s Ultra, we use our own proprietary CO2 extraction method to avoid using any harsh chemicals. We also test extensively to ensure that our products are free from solvents. Why Testing Matters

That’s all great, you may be thinking, but why is testing for pesticides, heavy metals, and solvents so important? According to Dr. Call, our Chief Science Officer, “Hemp is a well-known phytoremediator, which means it takes in all of the contaminants and toxins found in the soil. While this may be good improving soil quality, it also means that hemp products may contain contaminants and toxins that you would not want on your skin or in your body. Despite using best practice organic farming practices, we still feel it’s important to check each batch of product for any contaminants.”

How Does Nature’s Ultra Source Its CBD?

At Nature’s Ultra, our CBD sourcing is second to none. We have our own 1500-acre hemp farm where we use organic and sustainable farming practices to cultivate the highest-quality hemp possible. We have our own proprietary CBD extraction methods, and our manufacturing processes were developed to ensure that our final products are of the highest quality. Because we’re involved in every step of the process, from the day the hemp seed is planted to the day our CBD products ship to your front porch, we know with complete confidence that our CBD is potent, pure, and completely free from any contaminants.

CBD Extraction Method

Because of their high concentration of CBD, the stalks, flowers, and leaves of the hemp plant are used to make our CBD. We use our very own proprietary C02 extraction method to ensure that no harsh chemicals are used. We also test stringently for any heavy metals during the extraction process, and the result is the purest possible CBD that contains no THC.

One of the questions we receive at Nature’s Ultra is whether or not our CBD oil products are water-soluble. The answer is no, because to make them water-soluble, it would require the use of chemicals and we don't use any chemicals during our extraction or manufacturing processes.

Accredited Facilities

Creating high-quality CBD products requires high-quality facilities, and that’s why we’ve ensured that ours are accredited! Our hemp farm was one of the first hemp farms in the United States to hold both a USDA organic certification and USDA organic handler’s certification. We’re also proud to be Young Living Seed to Seal® certified, which means our cultivation practices meet the high standards of quality that the world has come to expect from Young Living.

We also believe in ensuring that our products are verified by accredited third party labs. That gives us the ability to know that every single one of the products that we ship out has not only been tested by us, but has also had the results verified by an objective, accredited facility!

At Nature’s Ultra, we’re completely committed to quality, so you can order our products with confidence.
