As an educator/counselor the beginning of the school year is SUPER BUSY and the faster pace of meeting with students & talking almost all day long typically leaves me exhausted for the first several weeks as Open House, Parent Meetings, and College Fairs make for especially long days!
However, you don't have to work at a school to experience exhaustion OR benefit from the recipes I am including in this Back-To-School blog!
Whether you are a student, teacher, parent - or any other role on the planet . . . :-) most everyone has days when they are needing a little boost of energy, feeling sleep deprived, sluggish, or having difficulty focusing or getting motivated!
Have fun trying out these DIY recipes . . .
and . . . EXPERIMENT! Please follow your own intuition and make adjustments to these recipes as you see fit. All of the recipes can be modified to your own preference as everyone's body and sense of smell is unique! Not strong enough? . . . feel free to use more drops OR . . . TOO strong? . . . use less drops as you experiment with the benefits and preferences for you personally!
FYI: If you want to learn more recipes like these, I host live DIY Workshops at my house about once a month. If you would like to come create one, two, three, or all of these or other Rollerball and Spray recipes contact me! :-) The benefit of an in-person workshop is getting to experience & smell the oils that you may not have tried yet . . .
. . .AND, I have all the supplies (bottles, labels, oils, etc...) on hand so it will be fun & easy! If you already have a Starter Kit or other oils you can bring your own and just pay for the bottles.
