Step 1: Place a drop of Valor on the inside of your left wrist and hold the right wrist to it for a moment. Then slowly inhale the scent with a deep, cleansing breath. Deuteronomy 31:6  "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

Step 2: Place a drop of Harmony above your belly button or your solar plexus (area below chest at the top of your stomach). Gently massage the oil in using a clockwise motion. Breathe deeply. Romans 5:1  "Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."

Step 3: Place a drop of Joy over your heart and gently massage in using a clockwise motion and breathe deeply. Galatians 5:22  "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.”

Step 4: Place a drop of White Angelica in your left palm, rub palms together, and slowly inhale the scent with a deep, cleansing breath then lightly brush hands over your body—from crown of your head, down neck, over shoulders, chest, and all the way down the legs to your feet—like you’re applying a shield. Breathe deeply.  Ephesians 6:11  "Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."

Finish by cupping your hands over your nose and mouth and breathing deeply for at least 10 seconds. Affirm your intentions for the day. Have a great day!
