Staying Warm is Golden

It’s winter here in ND and I swear I will have the chills from now until June. This makes me a fan of hot drinks. How about you?

Problem is, I hate coffee and most teas. :(

I’m usually a pretty big fan of hot cocoa or cider, but as I’m aging gracefully, I’m making smarter choices with my diet, and these trigger my tummy troubles (too much sugar).

I was thrilled to discover these 2 recipes using some of my favorite Young Living products. Not only do they warm me up and taste delicious, but they are loaded to the max with health benefits like promoting relaxation, supporting a healthy inflammatory response, antioxidants, hormone balance and so much more. You can Google the benefits of turmeric, the essential oils, and any of the ingredients listed on the Steeped Vitality® teas to get a full scope of the goodness you are offering your body. I’ll keep this blog short and to the point by just sharing the recipes. If you’d like to save yourself from the endless time-suck of Google, I’d be happy to talk it out with you. Just shoot me a message and we’ll chat.

RECIPES

My favorite way to enjoy the benefits of Golden Turmeric™ is adding it to the Spiced Turmeric Steeped vitality® tea. Add a splash of vanilla almond milk or fill half your glass. You decide. Add a drop or 3 of whatever Vitality® oil you’re in the mood for. (Vitality means safe to ingest) I like cinnamon bark, orange, or tangerine. I also like it without any oils sometimes. It’ll warm you to your core and delight your taste buds all at once!

This is my next favorite.

I hope you enjoy these and stay warm and healthy this winter!
