Q: If this is my very first time to order, can I do so during this sale? And if so, how?
A: Yes! First-time customers can order during this sale. Just click the Order button above, then click through and set up your account online—if you already have an account, it will allow you to sign in from this link.
Q: How do I order if my Young Living account has gone inactive?
A: Go to the main site and sign in with your old credentials (you can do a password reset if needed). Then just shop like normal! Easy peasy.
Or if you prefer, contact me and I’d be glad to help you re-activate your account.Q: How do I help a friend snag these amazing deals through me?
A: Every Young Living member has a referral link!
A: When you add the items you want to your cart, and view your cart, you will see the price adjusted to the Sale cost.
Q: Can I order these deals on my monthly Loyalty Order?
A: NO, Young Living Sales are always separate from Loyalty. Because these items are already discounted, Young Living cannot let you “double dip”.
Q: Can I use Loyalty Points to buy sale items?
A: NO, use your points to order other items that you need (this can be done on your Black Friday order). The system will allow you to use points on sale items, but the prices will revert to normal at checkout.
Q: Does a Black Friday order qualify for the monthly Gifts with Purchase?
A: YES, just order enough PV to unlock each freebie (190pv, 250pv, 300pv)!
Q: Can I make my Black Friday order a Loyalty Order if I am a brand new account holder?
A: YES, just use the toggle button at checkout to make this your first Loyalty Order. You'll earn rewards immediately to spend later! The sale prices will show during the final step.
Q: Can new accounts save an extra 10% off their order when they use the code ShareYL at checkout?
A: YES, the deals stack for maximum savings on first time orders! So if you are a brand new customer, be sure to use the ShareYL at checkout.
