I’ve avoided..... but have run out of excuses to avoid....... removing the nasty hard water ring from my toilet bowls. I've been able to remove the nasty hard water stains on our tub, and remove much of the stains from the toilets using my Soft Scrub Thieves Toilet Cleaner recipe, Get Recipe Here! but I just can't remove that hard water ring.
My Aunt suggested I use a natural pumice stone.
I bought the cheapest one I could find (I was skeptical if it would actually work) and tested it today. I took these before and after photos.

Look how much of the pumice stone wore off as I cleaned- next time, I am ordering a better quality product with a handle- but it did a GREAT job at removing that unsightly ring!

This is why I’m going to buy the better quality one to use next cleaning:
- it’s more sanitary (on a stick -handle)
- it won’t scratch up my hands as this one did
- buying higher quality, more dense pumice will last longer and lose less “grit” with each cleaning.
- should require less elbow grease to clean
- it has over 3,000 positive reviews
