Anyone else dreading the idea of those little critters that like to make your child’s head their home?
We had that “enjoyable” experience twice- once in 2013 and once in 2015. After the second time, I started putting rosemary and tea tree essential oils in my kid's natural shampoo. When we go to public places that have cloth seats, I apply oils directly to their hair and at the nape of their neck.
If you want to do something to keep your kids from bringing home unwanted critters in their hair, then try this “No Lice In My Locks” spray. In a 2-ounce spray bottle, add:
Tea Tree - 10 drops
Rosemary - 10 drops
Lavender - 10 drops
Witch hazel - 2 tbsp (this is the one I used for this recipe (add): https://amzn.to/2GCvBUb)~Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water.
A daily spritz on the hair each morning as a preventative measure should keep the little critters away.TIP- If you’re using a larger spray bottle, put in 5 drops of each essential oil per ounce water.
Here's a great variety set at a very good price that offers bottles for this recipe, and other DIY recipes, or... for your Thieves Household Cleaner! https://amzn.to/38RIo1a
